Coagulation Factor Activity and Hemostatic Markers of Endothelial Dysfunction in Patients with Peripheral Arterial Disease

A retrospective, single-center study from 2017 to 2019. Of 120 patients with advanced Rutherford class 3 and 4 chronic peripheral arterial disease (PAD), activity of coagulation factor (CF) VIII significantly increased months after open prosthetic bypass grafting (40 patients). Six CF-VIII developed graft thrombosis.
