چکیده
A retrospective, single-center study from 2017 to 2019. Of 120 patients with advanced Rutherford class 3 and 4 chronic peripheral arterial disease (PAD), activity of coagulation factor (CF) VIII significantly increased months after open prosthetic bypass grafting (40 patients). Six CF-VIII developed graft thrombosis. Activities CF-VIII, CF-IX, CF-XI endovascular intervention Four in the group three conservative treatment patients) von Willebrand (vWF) myocardial infarction (P = .049). Patients who restenosis had vWF decreased nitric oxide metabolite levels. Performance or revascularization PAD was associated worsening hypercoagulability. Increased factors altered levels hemostatic markers endothelial dysfunction were complications such as thrombosis, infarction, progression, restenosis.

Endothelial Dysfunction of Patients with Peripheral Arterial Disease Measured by Peripheral Arterial Tonometry
Objective. Endothelial dysfunction plays a key role in atherosclerotic disease. Several methods have been reported to be useful for evaluating the endothelial dysfunction, and we investigated the endothelial dysfunction in patients with peripheral arterial disease (PAD) using peripheral arterial tonometry (PAT) test in this study. Furthermore, we examined the factors significantly correlated wi...

We read with interest the study of Loffredo et al. investigating the association of oxi-dative stress and endothelial function in patients with peripheral arterial disease (PAD). The authors demonstrated that flow-mediated vasodilation (FMD) of the brachial artery was significantly lower in patients with PAD compared with controls, whereas 8-hydroxy-2-deoxy-2-deoxyguanosine (a marker of oxidati...
متن کاملThe Relationship between Endothelial Dysfunction and Endothelial Cell Markers in Peripheral Arterial Disease
INTRODUCTION The endothelial function plays key roles in both promoting and protecting against atherosclerotic disease. Several methods, including peripheral arterial tonometry (PAT), have been reported to be useful for investigating endothelial dysfunction. Furthermore, the level of thrombomodulin (TM) is assumed to reflect the endothelial dysfunction. In the present study, we investigated end...
متن کاملPrevalence of Peripheral Arterial Disease in Diabetic Patients
Objective: Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) is a state characterized by atherosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremities. Diabetes is the main risk factor for PAD. Material and Methods: To assess the prevalence of PAD, a cross sectional study was performed on 352 diabetic patients who referred to Yazd diabetes research center from 2007 to 2010. Vascular assessment was done by measuring ...

BACKGROUND Pulmonary endothelium plays an important role in the mechanism of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). However, there is only a few data regarding the systemic endothelium in this syndrome. This study focused on the systemic endothelial involvement in PAH. METHODS Endothelial function was evaluated in 54 patients with idiopathic (n=28), scleroderma-associated (n=10), chronic thro...
